Shipping Policy

We understand that the shipping costs of our chairs are quite expensive, this is due the the size of the parcel and how couriers charge based of cubic weight. Because of this we encourage our customers to look at one of the pick up locations available, where you can collect your chair at no additional cost. If you cannot find a location near you, be sure to contact us as we are always looking to add more pickup locations to help make our customer get their own chair as easy and affordable as possible.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours of receiving the order. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to address the issue within 48 hours and try our best to work towards a solution.
